What is ATP?
The Administrative Transformation Program (ATP) is the University of Wisconsin’s proactive response to the rapidly evolving higher education landscape. The overall objective is to right-size the administrative complexity to support the UW System’s missions of education, research, and outreach. Doing ATP correctly will involve a transformation with people and on policies and processes supported by technology.
Why ATP?
To return time to UW’s mission by reducing administrative complexity…
To build an administration that is resilient and supports an increasing pace of change…
To strengthen data availability, financial controls, and information security.

The ATP Vision
ATP is seeking outstanding administrative services that enable us to support the excellence of the UW System’s research, teaching, outreach, and public service.
